Happy Spring Ya'll!
As DPMs we come from a fascinating array of backgrounds and have had a wide range of experiences. Very few of us actually got a degree specifically in "Project Management." In an event that combines speed dating and networking, come to National Mechanics on Thursday May 7th at 6:00pm to learn a little bit more about your friends, peers, and members of our DPM Philly community.
This rapid-fire round-robin approach allows attendees to share some stories of your past and future aspirations with your fellow DPMs in 3 minutes or less. For some, it’ll be a rather straight forward thing, but we are betting that there will be a decently wide variety of answers.
How it works:
- Grab a beer and some happy hour food specials
- Take a seat across from and greet your ‘dating’ partner for the next 3 minutes
- Ask and answers some questions about your and their education, degree(s), previous jobs, professional trajectory, journey to project management, and career aspirations
- Drink some more beer
- Rotate partners and start over again
