In the midst of a myriad of enumerous and stressful issues to comprise our daily lives, we are required to be friendly, patient, and understanding.

Whether it's receiving bad feedback, having a tough conversation, needing to reign in a wayword teammate, or more – in order to continue to communicate with, effectily facilitate, and motivate our project teams, we have to try to stay balanced and grounded during the chaos.

Providing a calming presence and keeping the peace are no small feats. Help us, help you achieve that balance.

Our Meditation Instructor:

Erick DuPree is a published author, mantra and meditation teacher, and yogi in the Philadelphia area known for weaving traditional eastern precepts with rich heart centered practices that align the breath with the heart. Erick  has been practicing contemplative traditions for the past 15 years including Zen, Insight, and Tantric meditation, and is certified in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. Prior to becoming the Managing Director of DIG Yoga in 2013, Erick was an IT Project Manager.
